Andrew Meyerson Executive Director of Developmentary
Founder and Director of ThirdGoal.org

Andrew served as a youth development volunteer in Morocco’s Safi province from 2005 to 2007, working with the Ministry of Youth and Sport on after school educational programs. Prior to Peace Corps, Andrew received his B.A. & M.A. in Islamic & Mideast Studies from Brandeis University in 2004 & 2005, respectively, where he was an editor of The Justice student newspaper and captain of the men’s rowing team. When he’s not working on the ThirdGoal.org project, he serves as a Development Associate at J Street. His goal for 2011 is to sleep at least 6 hours every night. Will Dickinson Chairman of the Board of Developmentary

Will served in Armenia from 2004 to 2006 as an environmental education volunteer in the towns of Jermuk and Ijevan. He engaged in a productive educational leadership program that focused on community planning and training. This program was designed to train local community stakeholders in the use of new technologies such as GPS and GIS and was funded by World Vision and the EU. After his return to the United States he co-founded Developmentary and created PeaceCorpsWiki.org. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania. Mike served as an education volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa from 2003-2005. His primary responsibility was a Lecturer at the University of The Gambia, teaching freshmen level math, physics, and statistics. He finished his service in July 2005 and traveled throughout Africa for two months before finally arriving back home. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and has received his Masters degree in Statistics in December 2008. He has also served as a Project Leader for an Engineers Without Borders mission to Honduras; a Peace Corps recruiter for the Lansing, MI area; and a Commissioned Officer Candidate in the Michigan Army National Guard. Caroline Boucher Hutton General Counsel and Treasurer of Developmentary

Caroline served with Peace Corps in St. Lucia from 2002-2004. She entered the Peace Corps after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies. As a volunteer, Caroline worked in the areas of business and youth development. Her primary projects were assisting a women’s group of displaced banana farmers to start a small business, and tutoring math and reading at a boys detention facility. She also taught swimming lessons. After returning from Peace Corps, Caroline earned a law degree from Howard University School of Law. She currently lives in Washington, DC and works in public interest law. In 2008 she married her husband whom she met while both were living and working in St. Lucia. Caroline has remained active in the Peace Corps community by serving as moderator of the PeaceCorps2 Yahoo group from 2005 to the present and by participating in the RPCVs of Washington mentorship program. In 2010, Caroline took a leadership role with the Friends of the Eastern Caribbean RPCV group as an internet committee member. Yi HuangSenior Web Architect and Developer of Developmentary

Yi was not a Peace Corps volunteer. Currently, he is still contributing to the website by working on the technical part of the site in his spare time. Yi Huang is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University. Prior to joining MSU, he obtained his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in China. His research interest includes concurrent program design in the software engineering field. He is also interested in solving programming and algorithmic problems. In his early years, he used to be actively involved in ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest and had won several prizes. Besides, he very much enjoys web development, graphical design, and other creative activities. PeaceCorpsJournals and Jlu Online Judge System are two of his works. George O’shea Senior Business Advisor of Developmentary

George is the Senior Business Advisor of Developmentary. George served as an agriculture instructor in Niger. After the volunteer assignment, he worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Dakar funding start-up businesses, schools, water utilities, and cooperative associations. Building on this experience, George obtained a master’s degree in finance at Columbia University in 1981. For 12 years he pursued an international banking career. He subsequently worked as a senior finance officer for a state economic development agency where he assisted businesses and not-for-profit organizations with low-interest rate loans and grant financing. After ten years, George left state government to form Rosemont Growth Associates in 2004, a consulting practice that assists businesses and non-profit organizations to plan, fund, and achieve growth. George serves as our senior business adviser.
